台湾地区景观研究领域及其发展方向

THE STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT OF LANDSCAPE SCIENCE IN TAIWAN

在特殊的自然环境与人文条件构建下,台湾地区的景观研究面临着不同于其它地区的研究问题。其中主要包括如何对脆弱的动、植物等自然资源进行合理的保护,如何解决城市快速发展所带来的环境污染、交通混乱、空间不足及居民对休闲游憩的需求,如何基于完善的公众参与制度与现代化的科学技术,建立符合生态、经济、社会需求的土地经营管理制度等现实问题。目前台湾地区的景观研究多利用观察、文献及案例分析、问卷调查、权重与因素决定及相关的自然资源价值评估方法、景观变迁分析方法,并结合地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、遥感(RS)技术,就上述问题进行探讨。未来台湾地区的景观研究发展,仍将以符合生态的原则为基础,同时结合专业教育,降低自然与人为灾害所付出的社会成本、确立景观资源价值评估方式、构建最适的土地利用规划与监测方式以及形成具有台湾本土特色的规划设计风格等,以促进景观研究的发展。

Because of the distinctive natural environment and cultural environment, the landscape studies in Taiwan have different topics and focuses from others, covering many current issues that we must deal with,for example, how to conserve the natural resources by reasonable ways, how to solve such problems as pollution, traffic blocks, insufficient space, and how to satisfy the citizens' needs on recreation, and how to set up laws and rules on management of land-use to meet the need of ecology, economic and society. In order to solve these problems, we  do researches through observation, records analysis, cases studies, questionnaire investigation and the methods which could set the weight and the causes, assess of the values of natural resources, the changes analysis of landscape combined with the techniques of GIS, GPS and RS. In the future, the development of the landscape studies in Taiwan will still be based on the principles of ecology to strive to add the value of landscape science by many aspects, such as reducing the social cost for the disasters caused by nature or human, finding a better way to assess the landscape resources, establishing suitable models to plan and monitor land-use, defining the specialized field and responsibilities of the landscape experts, building up a planning and designing style to fit up with the natural and societal cultural needs of Taiwan.
