大洋钻探计划运行的国际经验及对我国的启示

我国正在发起组织中国科学家牵头领导的国际大科学计划,应认真学习国际上的成功经验。国际大洋钻探计划已成功运行50余年,在运行和管理方面积累了丰富经验。我国自1998年参加大洋钻探计划以来,取得了突出成绩,但目前还只是普通成员。当前我国正在积极推进成为国际大洋钻探的共同牵头方,美国、日本和欧洲联合体的运行模式和成败得失值得我们参考借鉴。

China is launching international science programs led by Chinese scientists, and we should earnestly study the successful experience of the international community. The Scientific Ocean Drilling Program has been in operation for more than 50 years and has accumulated extensive experience in operation and management. Since 1998, China has participated in the Ocean Drilling Program, and has made outstanding scientific achievements, but it is still only an ordinary member. At present, China is actively promoting to become the co-leading member of international scientific ocean drilling, and the United States, Japan and Europe's operating model and success or failure worthy of our reference.
