2021年度地球化学学科基金项目评审与资助成果分析

An Introduction to the Proposals and Programs under Division of Geochemistry Department of Earth Sciences National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2021

为加强地球化学学科发展战略研究,优化本学科前沿布局,对2021年度国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部地球科学二处(地球化学学科,申请代码:D03)所管理的基金项目,从基金申请、资助情况,初审和同行评议,送审项目以及2020年度结题项目的研究进展等方面进行归纳总结。分析发现:①2021年地球化学学科基金项目的申请量有较大幅度增长;②除个别项目由于存在问题不予受理外,其余项目都通过了初审;③面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目送审率都超过了145%;④通过2年的“负责任、讲信誉、计贡献”试点,地球化学学科评审专家无故拒评和评审意见“张冠李戴”现象有所减少;⑤2020年度结题的项目在同位素地球化学、元素地球化学、地质年代学及宇宙化学和行星化学等方面取得了重要进展。

In order to strengthen the development strategy of the discipline of geochemistry and optimize the frontier layout of the discipline, we summarized fund application, funding situation and preliminary review of projects managed by Division of Geochemistry, Department of Earth Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China. The results were: ①In 2021, the number of project applications for the discipline of geochemistry has increased significantly; ②Except for some projects that were not approved for preliminary review due to some problems, the rest of the projects passed the preliminary review;③The review rate of General Program, Young Scientists Fund and Fund for Less Developed Regions exceeded 145%; ④Through the two-year pilot of "responsible, creditworthy, and accountable for contributions", the phenomenon of unreasonable refusal and the phenomenon of "changing the crown and wearing the crown" have been reduced; ⑤Significant progress was made in isotopic geochemistry, element geochemistry, geochronology, cosmology, and planetary chemistry in 2020.
