Recently few years some new developments of studies on composition and movement of materials in core and core-mantle boundary D" region have been obtained. In the paper, the shape of D" region and the probably chemical reaction in it, the candidates of light elements in outer core based on the meteorities and the experimental results of high-pressure mineralogy physics, the anisotropy of inner core and it’s origin have been Presented and reviewed.
