In this paper, the author systematically studies and analyses the status, development and prospect of ore deposit geochemistry, introduces chiefly the future trend of ore deposit geochemical study at home and abroad, summarizes and analyses development and problem of study of ore-forming theory and analysis technology, and points out that we should strengthen study on storage and evolution of ore deposits. Finally the author analyses emphatically condition of mineral deposits in China and points out problem and suggestion that we should stress study on ore deposit geochemistry.
