    The man-earth system changed deeply with the economy developed fast in recent years in thePearl River Delta. The scale of industrialization and urbanization extended continously and the population increased rapidly a.s the economy developed in this area. As a result,the quality of environment descented and the relations between the offering and requirement of natural resources are strained. The research on the man-earth system in Pearl River Delta should be carried out in order to take further step
to develop the society and economy , and protect the environment and natural resources.
