In terms of analyses for GPS and gravimetric data the study contents and methods about the ralation between gravity and Earth structure and the field resource of geoid have been introduced. By using crust deformation and gravity methods the studied results of recent crust movement in Qinghai-Xizang and dynamic mechanism methods have been summarized, for example, the convergence rate between Himalay a plate and Lhasa plate is 12 mm/a, and their vertical uplift rate is 5.3mm/a, the equivalent elastic depth is 80-90 km, in Qinghai-xizang, and so on.
