Jiang Wenlai,Wu Xia,Lin Tongfeng. THE RESEARCH OF VALUE-MODEL ASSESSMENT ABOUT THE VALUE OF WATER RESOURCE[J]. Advances in Earth Science, 1998, 13(2): 178-183.

The value of water resource is pointed out to as a definite quantity of money paid to the owner of water resource by water resource appliance in order to acquire servitude of water resource. It differs from water price in conception, for proper water price should include the value of water resource.
At present, the models those can be used to reckon the value of water resource present many problems in different degree, must be completed and developed. The shadow-price model only discusses the scarcity degree of water resource and the relati n between water resource and general economic efficiency, its out come can't be used as the value of water resource; Marginal opportunity cost-model is more difficult to apply, to variety of displace-selection, to be lacking in conclusion comparability, and to neglect in the quality of water; Supply-require price model is unscientific to define the value of water resource through the quantity of water resource solely; the model of Fuzzy-mathematics is up-to-date and promising to assay the value of water resource, at first, it does fuzzy assessment value, then, translate it into the value of water resource by price-vector, its defect is the complexity in fuzzy-assessment for the factors influencing the water resource, the definition of weight factors is not unique.
