2022年度大气科学领域项目评审与资助成果简析

General Analysis of the Project Review and Funding Results in Atmospheric Science in 2022

国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部地球科学五处(大气学科)顺利完成2022年度面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目的申请受理、评审、资助和结题等工作。2022年度大气学科收到以上3类项目申请共计1 817项,较2021年度增加了5.9%,其中11项申请书因不合管理规范而不予受理。从项目评审结果来看,2022年度这3类项目的通讯评审综合评分较2021年度略有提升,会议评审专家组支持原创和交叉研究,以及支撑技术的研发。从资助情况来看,2022年度资助的3类项目数较2021年度增加了7.0%,其中青年科学基金项目数增加了11.9%。从结题成果来看,2021年共结题项目314项,发表论文等成果与往年相当。2022年大气学科被列入“负责任、讲信誉、计贡献”评审机制改革试点学科,统计发现81.8%的专家认为该机制能够提高专家评审的公正性,申请人认为87.9%的评审意见很有帮助或有帮助。

The fifth division (Atmospheric Discipline) of the Department of Earth Sciences, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), successfully completed the application, review, funding, and conclusion of the General Program, Young Scientists Fund, and Less Developed Regions Fund in 2022. In terms of program applications, the fifth division of the Department of Earth Sciences received 1817 applications for the above three types of Programs in 2022, with an increase of 5.9%, compared to 2021. Among them, 11 applications were rejected because they failed to conform to the management specifications. In terms of project review, the comprehensive score was slightly higher for 2022 than that for 2021. The review expert group supported original and cross-research as well as technology research and development. The number of funding in 2022 relative to 2021 rose by 7.0% for the above three types of Programs and 11.9% for the Youth Science Fund. As for the finalization, 314 projects were concluded in 2021, and indices such as published papers were equivalent to those in the previous years. In 2022, the atmospheric discipline was included in the “Responsibility, Credibility, Contribution (RCC)” evaluation mechanism as a reformed pilot discipline. In 2022, 81.8% of the experts believed that RCC mechanism could improve the fairness of the expert evaluation, and the applicants believed that 87.9% of the evaluation opinions are helpful.
