STRATEGIC CHOICE FOR NATIONAL ADJUSTMENT OF ENERGY STRUCTURE

Abstract

 This paper explaines the importance, urgency and feasibility of the development and utilization of the renewable energy regarding strategic choice for national adjustment of energy structure in five aspects.(1)The societal sustainable development urgently requires that the national energy structure be adjusted;(2)The renewable energy will be regarded as leading energy in the 21st century which shows mighty vitality.The progress of solar energy,wind energy and ocean energy is emphasized;(3)Economics of the development and utilization of the renewable energy.The investment of captital construction,power-costs,area of occupied, and environmental benefit and energy storage technology are analysed by the comparison method;(4)A brief review of resources,the development and utilization status of the renewable energy in China;(5)Some countermeasures on the development and utilization of the renewable energy in China are proposed.
