PS-InSAR can get small deformation value of experimental area using two-dimensional linear(nonlinear) phase regression analysis model of high phasecoherent point differential interference phase.PS-InSAR avoids some phase error such as the phase decorrelations in time and space and atmospheric phase delay of D-InSAR. We introduce PS-InSAR phase composition, technology processing. And we take Haiyuan fault zone as experimental area (selecting a small area in Haiyuan fault)and use 21 scenes of ENVISAT ASAR data from 2003 to 2009. We apply IPTA module in GAMMA software and get deformation rate about -7~-9 mm/a in Haiyuan county of Haiyuan fault north plate.Movement direction is from east to west and display a left lateral slip fault is displayed. The experiment results compared with GPS and geological investigations results by other scholars are in good agreement.
