Post-ore change and preservation, an aspect should be pay more attention, is a basic problem both to ore deposit geology and to mineral exploration. Regional uplift and denudation is the most important factors affecting post-ore change and preservation of ore deposits. While fission track method is an effective way to study regional uplift and denudation, it can provide us denudation rate and degree quantitatively. Taking some ore deposits closely related to granitic intrusions as examples, ore-forming depth can be calculated through fluid inclusion study. Thus comparison between ore-forming depth and post-ore denudation will led better understand of post-ore change and preservation of ore deposits. Fission track method combining with fluid inclusion study will be a practical approach to post-ore change and preservation in the study of ore deposit geology.
