The concept of Orderly Human Activities is put forword in this paper and is defined as such human activities that don’t deteoriate,even improve continously natural environment in long run and large scale by rational planning and arrangment,and can meet the needs of the social and economic development for natual resources and environment. Based on the analysis of the relationship between orderly human activities and such related concepts as sustainable development,the authors introduce the backgrounds of puting forward the concept of orderly human activities, outline the components and their functions and analyze the characteristics of orderly human activities.In the end,the study contents and methods of orderly human activities are proposed.
