Studying of carbon dioxide (CO2) is of significance for researching CO2 as a sort of resource and further studying geoscience.High pure CO2 percentage gas looks upon with a kind of resource,which has many uses.CO2 is the most important media of the global carbon cycle,and the best target of studying nature.The global distribution of high CO2 gas,which shows clear province,is found in many areas of circum-Pacific (for examples,the easter of the Rocky Moutain,the eastern of China,the South Sea of China,the South of Australia and New Zealand),the Carpathien and the Caucasus etc. There are many Mesozoic-Cenozoic sedimentary basins developing much volcanomagmatism, tectonics and abnormal high temperature and containing hydrocarbon and significant carbonate material in these areas.
