Studying of carbon dioxide (CO₂) is of significance for researching CO₂ as a sort of resource and further studying geoscience.High pure CO₂ percentage gas looks upon with a kind of resource,which has many uses.CO₂ is the most important media of the global carbon cycle,and the best target of studying nature.The global distribution of high CO₂ gas,which shows clear province,is found in many areas of circum-Pacific (for examples,the easter of the Rocky Moutain,the eastern of China,the South Sea of China,the South of Australia and New Zealand),the Carpathien and the Caucasus etc. There are many Mesozoic-Cenozoic sedimentary basins developing much volcanomagmatism, tectonics and abnormal high temperature and containing hydrocarbon and significant carbonate material in these areas.
