 A review in detail is presented here on the progress in the study of Polar Motion,Length of day,and their geophysical excitation mechanism since 1980′s, in which a lot of works of Chinese scientists are also included.It can be seen from the paper that significant effects of the modern astronomical measurement technique and comprehensive study of interdiscipline on the Astro Geodynamics and Earth Science.
