Calamity Geomorphology is a new and being explored branch subject of Geomorphology. Calamity Geomorphology is the science which studies the start, development and the change of calamity landforms;analyzes the law of forming disasters; points out the way of preventing them, This paper classifies calamity landforms into mountain calamity landforms,plain calamity landforms,coastal zone calamity landforms, Karst calamity landforms, aeolian and loessal calamity landforms and geological structure calamity landforms etc. six main types. From ten aspects this paper states the main contents of calamity landforms study.
