首次提出了随船一体化测深改正新概念及新方法。GPS的应用已使海洋测量的主要矛盾转移到高精度的测深(改正)方面。传统的方法已不能适应高精度测图的需要。为此在测深改正新技术基础上提出了研制海洋三维测量仪的新设想。这对于海洋测量由2+1维过渡到真3维具有重要理论意义;对海底地形测量来说具有重大应用价值。 

The new concept and method of marine sounding correction are presented for the first time in which sounding and its correction can be merged into an organic whole. Nowadays main problems in marine sounding have been transferred from positioning to sounding field because of wide applications of GPS. Based on the above new concept and method, a new idea of developing a marine three-dimensional surveying instrument is further given in this paper, which is very important, significant and beneficial to the future bathymetric surveying in the world.
