中国科学院自1998年实施国家知识创新试点工程以来,于2000年在固体地球科学领域启动的首批创新重要方向项目在执行3年多以后,一批颇具显示度的重大成果已经初现端倪。这些成果主要分布在地球环境研究、古生物及其对古环境的响应研究、青藏高原地球动力学研究、大陆动力学研究等方面。研究成果促进了院地合作,产生新的苗头,提升了固体地球科学研究水平。通过这批方向项目的支持及其由此衍生出的关联项目、成果、人才,使中国科学院在固体地球科学领域的研究在新的、更高层次上获得平稳发展。
Quite a number of significant research results are achieved in the fields of Solid Earth Sciences after more than 3 years of implementation of the first batch of innovative key projects, CAS, represented by research in Earth environment, paleotology and stratigraphy, geodynamics of QinghaiTibet Plateau, and continental geodynamics, [WTBX]etc[WTBZ]. These results raise research level of Chinese solid Earth sciences, create new research initiatives, and push forward CASprovincial scientific cooperation. It is believed that research of Solid Earth Sciences in CAS acquires stable and steady development at newer and higher elevation after the completion of these innovative key projects and the other extended projects.
