对不同类型的科研任务进行了科学分类,并把不同类型项目的投入与产出分别进行量化赋分,建立了不同的数学模型,并构建了中国科学院资源环境领域科研项目绩效评价体系,并采用量化评价与专家评价相结合的方法,对中国科学院资源环境领域17项不同类型的在研项目进行验证,结果证实量化评价与专家评价趋势基本一致。
The proficiency evaluation system of research projects on resources &environment of CAS and different mathematics models were constructed through scientific classification on different type of research projects and marking quantitative score on funding and achievements separately. The 17 environment research projects of CAS on going was verified by means of the combination of quantitative evaluation and expertise evaluation. The result indicated that quantitative evaluation shows no difference from expertise evaluation in tendency.
