提出了深入开展我国南方地区土地沙化和水土流失问题研究的重要性和意义，以及基础研究和应用基础研究中应着重研究的课题。
In the paper, the author thinks that getting more serious and showing special properties, the problems caused by sand-enrichment in soil and soil erosion in the southern areas of China should be paid great attention. From the views of basic theory and applied technology, some important research programme about the problems are also put forward here.
