Geo-Info-TUPU has the regional characters concerning the aspects of time and space for its research on the geography processes and geographical space rules have the regional similarity. So the study about Geo-Info-TUPU has the requirement for the spatial scale and temporal scale. Scale is the spatial and temporal attribution of the research-objects or research-process. According to the difference of the research characters,the spatial size of the research-objects and otherwise, the spatial size of the Geo-Info-TUPU can be divided into large scale,medium scale and small scale; according to the difference of the research time length, the temporal scale of the Geo-Info-TUPU can be divided into the long time scale,medium time scale and short time scale. The Spatial and Temporal Attribution of the Geo-Info-TUPU are the spatial-temporal attribution of the data sources or the spatial-temporal attribution of the Geo-Info-TUPU that can be expressed. Different spatial-temporal attribution can express different characters and contents about the research-objects.
