我国大气科学高层次人才队伍建设几个问题的简单思考

Some Considerations on the Development of the Team with Senior Talents in Atmospheric Sciences

摘要

对涉及我国大气科学领域的北京大学、南京大学、兰州大学、中山大学、浙江大学、云南大学、中国海洋大学、南京气象学院、北京气象培训中心(原北京气象学院)和成都信息工程学院等10所大学及中国气象局、中国科学院大气物理研究所和中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所等3个单位近10多年来的科技人才队伍(这里主要指本科学历以上)的情况进行了统计分析。通过分析摸清我国大气科学科技人才队伍的基本情况,并与美国大气科学人才队伍进行比较,指出存在的突出问题;还对我国大气科学领域专业设置等问题进行了分析讨论,并对几个问题进行了简单思考。

Abstract

The investigation and analysis on the information upon the academic research teams in the fields of atmospheric sciences from Chinese Meteorological Administration, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute and 10 universities (Beijing University, Nanjing University, Lanzhou University, Zhongshan University, Zhejiang University, Yunnan University, Ocean University of China, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Meteorological Training Center) were performed, from which the basic situation on the talents team in atmospheric sciences was fully understood. A comparison between Chinese talents team and American talents team was also performed, and some serious problems that exist in Chinese team were pointed out. In the light of the investigation, we also discussed some problems on the setting of majors in atmospheric sciences and put forward corresponding ways to resolve these problems.
