通过对中美两国大气科学研究在经费、管理、人才战略等方面的一些简单比较，说明我国大气科学研究，无论在成果、人力物力资源、管理体制和人才战略思想等方面，均与美国有不小的差距。需要我们从管理制度、评价体系、资源信息共享机制、人才战略等方面切实加以改进。

By simply comparing the aspects of the total founding, management, scientists strategies of atmospheric science research between US and China, this paper indicate that of all main aspects of atmospheric science research activities China is keep behind of the US, not only in research products, resources of scientists and service supporting science, but also management system and scientists strategies as well. It is worth to considerably advance in our atmospheric science research in the future.
