综述了国际上陆面过程的观测试验计划和研究进展,阐明了“黑河地区地气相互作用观测试验研究”的计划要点和技术路线。

Abstract

The paper has summarized the international pragrams about observation experiment of the atmosphere-land surface processes and ther research advance. The mainpoits about program and the technology strategy of the Atmosphere-Land Surface Processes Experiment at Heihe River Basin ( HEIFE), An item of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Sino-Japanese Cooperational Program, have been represented.
