The coming 20 years is a founding and opening period of geography's trans-century development. The paper states the writer's views on correcting attitude towards the development of the discipline, establishing a scientific system for geography, strenthening the systems analysing capacity, solidifying the researching field of city region development and promoting geographers themselves.
