论述了建立海洋界面测量学这一新学科分支的背景，对海洋界面测量学的定义及其研究内容进行了探讨，同时论述了它与相关学科的联系，并由此对海洋测量学乃至整个地球测量学做了进一步思考，提出了一些新的看法。

The establishment of a new discipline, Marine Interface Surveying, has been suggested in this paper for the first time. Its definition, content and application are discussed in detail. Some new opinions are given in the paper through the second thinking of the Marine Surveying and the whole Earth Surveying.
