In this paper, the research advances of similarity of atmosphere boundary layer and observation methods of turbulent flux are synthesized systematically. The difficult problems, which are being faced in this area, and future development direction, are pointed out. The new advances, which are obtained recently, are briefed. And their theoretical worth and the atatus quo of application are appraised objectively.
