摘要:

以中国寒区旱区特有的自然背景为研究基础,将40多年针对寒区旱区自然资源、生态环境、工程建设、经济建设等研究中积累的大量的特色数据进行分类。从方便数据采集和数据应用出发,将专业特色数据以关系数据、空间数据、二进制数据和文本数据的形式分三级数据库群结构组建成寒区旱区资源环境研究特色数据集。从共享机制和共享技术两方面对数据共享的几个主要因素进行了说明。同时就如何在以高性能计算和网络为核心开展深层次的数据服务方面,从数据平台建设、基于Web的远程计算和数据网格3个方面进行了尝试。

Abstract:

The analysis and the classification of a mass of characteristic data which has been accumulated for nearly forty yeare through the research of cold and arid regions natural resources, ecological environments, engineering and economic growth were made based on the natural background of the cold and arid regions in China and the research on this special environment. We classified the data resources according to the characteristics of cold and arid research and introduced them according to the classification. For the convenience of data acquisition and data application, we classified the professional characteristic database according to its form: relation data, spatial data, binary and text data, into three-level database group structure which constituted the characteristic database of cold and arid regions resources and environments research. According to the characteris tics and the origin of these data sets, the metadata of cold and arid dataset should be described by six sections, that is, identifier information, collection information, description information, management information, access information, supplement information. The data sharing and data efficient application of the cold and arid characteristic database were discussed from two aspects: the sharing mechanism and the sharing technical platform. The sharing mechanism was given and a few main factors that effected the data share were explained. On the basis of the present data sharing services, as for how to improve the data sharing range and data utilization efficiency based on high-performance computing and network environment, and how to provide good data sharing services, we carried out the data platform construction based on data and application of cold and arid resources and environments research, the remote computing based on the Web and data grid technical trial work.The progress of the work was discussed briefly.
