Ouyang Ziyuan Guan Yunbin. SYSTEMATIC CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES OF GIANT IMPACTS IN THE EVOLUTION  OF THE EARTH[J]. Advances in Earth Science, 1992, 7(1): 22-.

Systematic Catastrophic Consequences triggered or caused by giant impacts of extraterrestrial hodies are summarized in this paper, including various geologic processes, palaeoclimatic fluctuations, mass extinctions and palaeogeomagnetic reversals.  It's also pointed out that comprehensive and thorough studies on the catastrophic effects are of great importance for better understanding of the Earth's evolution and development.
