Qian Weihong. APPLICATIONS OF NONEQUILIBRIUM THERMODYNAMICS ON SHORT—RANGE DISASTROUS WEATHER PREDICTION[J]. Advances in Earth Science, 1993, 8(1): 39-42.

The preceedings in application of nonequilibruim thermodynamics on weather prediction are reviewed in this paper. In recent years, the theory of nonequilibrium thermodynamics has been used to weather prediction and it has been mastered and utilized by weathermen. The obvious results of short-range disastrous weather prediction have been obtained.
