Modern Earth system is Quintuple-epigeospheric system including the anthroposphere. Since 1950s,it has entered new period with catastrophic nature. This paper discusses the expression,essence, root and prospects respectively in this important period from the changing speed, inversely tremendous change,the drastic expansion of low-level anthroposphere and establishment of the "Man follows the Earth" outlook on civilization.
